This wonder pan is a derivative of the classic ruvim sandwich. So get ready for a light, cheesy, spicy adventure, complemented by well-seasoned corned beef. Aromatic and very low in carbohydrates!
Ingredients
2 tbsp. l Butter
275 gSolonina
chopped or shredded
250 g Sauerkraut
1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
125 ml Mayonnaise
1 pc Pickled cucumber
Directions
Mayonnaise for this recipe should be prepared according to our instructions.
Steps
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. |
Add corned beef and cook for a few minutes. |
Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Spread the mouthpieces evenly over the pan. |
Place small pieces of mustard in the sauerkraut. Add sliced cheese and heat until cheese melts. Cover the pan with a lid to speed up the process if you're in a rush. |
Serve with mayonnaise, pickled cucumber and, if necessary, with mustard. |
